PM PRESS HAVE launched a Kickstarter campaign in support of the forthcoming Poison Girls’ book This is a Message to Persons Unknown scheduled to be published in both the UK and the US this November.

The campaign – now live on the Kickstarter platform – offers a large number of different rewards for funders: including copies of the 320-page, full-colour book in different formats (hardpaper, paperback, electonic) and the new seven disc Poison Girls CD box set Persons Unknown: The Full Recorded History.

Also available, in different combinations, are Poison Girls’ T-Shirts and vinyl releases, and an assortment of additional book bundles and add-ons.

This Is a Message to Persons Unknown: The Story of Poison Girls by Rich Cross, edited by Erin Yanke, and designed by Alec Dunn presents the full story of an unparalleled group of radical musicians and artists who saw in punk the opportunity not just to rage against the machine but to create something new and extraordinary. It’s a 320-page, full-color, large-format book. 

The Poison Girls – Persons Unknown: The Complete Recorded History brings together all of their studio and live albums, all of the singles, demos, live and home recordings, and more. It’s a limited-release seven CD box set, with a fully illustrated, full-colour 96-page booklet, sequenced by Rich Cross and Richard Famous and co-released by PM Press, Cooking Vinyl, Free Dirt, and Active Distribution.

The costs to produce the book and box set are quite high, so we need your help to bring these items into the world.
