Rub Me Out will see The Shend revisit and reflect on “all my songs and a load of other stuff”.
Illustrated with more than 100 photos, the 275 pages of Rub Me Out will also include memories and commentary on all things Shendish from the likes of Jello Biafra, Steve Ignorant, John Robb, Penny Rimbaud and others, framed by a Foreword penned by Henry Rollins.
The first print run will comprise 250 individually numbered copies, and will be accompanied by a “suave signed bookmark”.

Featuring songs from The Cravats, The Very Things, The Baby Men, Grimetime and Anzahlung. The other stuff? Copious jocular anecdotes, information and observations, 100+ photos and contributions from esteemed chums including Henry Rollins, Jello Biafra, John Robb, Penny Rimbaud, Mick Mercer, Paul Hartnoll, Stewart Lee and Steve Ignorant amongst others.
