AUTHOR IAN GLASPER and Dick Lucas of Subhumans will be discussing the forthcoming book on the band with punk scholar Mike Dines in an online event on Thursday 1 December 2022.

Glasper’s new 650-page book Silence Is No Reaction: Forty Years of Subhumans is due to be jointly published next year by Earth Island Books and PM Press.

Pre-orders and a Kickstarter campaign are due to launch immediately after Xmas, with books shipping in the Spring of 2023.

The event will livestream on Zoom at 20:00 (UK time) on Thursday 1 December 2022, as part of the programme for this year’s Punk Scholars Network annual conference.
